We use point cloud data to create an accurate model of a site, building or other assets. Combining point cloud with GPS and total stations data, we can provide as-built models that are on grid. We can work to various levels of detail to ensure you get the information you need, from simple mass models to full as-built architectural and mechanical details.
BIM models are useful for making modifications to buildings, planning changes to infrastructure, analysing how changes impact existing structures, creating floor plans and sections, clash detection, and much more.
